Tania graduated with a Masters in Osteopathy in 2013 from Unitec in Auckland. Tania uses gentle non-manipulative, cranial and fascial techniques to allow whole body stresses and strains to be diagnosed and released. This enables the treatment and rebalancing of recent as well as older injuries. She enjoys assisting people of all ages from babies to older adults and has undertaken post-graduate courses in myofascial release, ligament balancing, biodynamic cranial techniques and pediatrics.
Tania also shares mind-body practices that can decrease stress, anxiety, discomfort and restriction in body or mind, as well as increase clarity of thought, sleep and overall health. Tania has a long enjoyed yoga, meditation and mind-body techniques and is certified in HeartMath, Energy Codes and is an ambassador for Golden Heart Wisdom.
These mind-body practices can reconnect more neural networks through simple breath and awareness techniques, allowing our nervous systems to reset and recharge and our bodies to be in their optimal states for health, wellness and energy.
